Having a tall height is considered good for the personality of a person but not everyone grows tall enough without any effort explained by Must4care. About 20-40 percent of the dependence of our height is on our habits, diet and other environmental factors. Along with having a good and balanced diet exercise is also very important. It keeps our body healthy and active and keeps away several diseases. It also stimulates height growth. A few exercises which include some stretching can be very good for our height growth. When mixed with a good diet and ample amount of sleep these can give you a very good height growth. For girls the age for growth is till 18-20 and for boys it 20-22 but in some very rare cases these may work even after that.

Along with these exercises a balanced diet with ample amount of proteins, vitamins and minerals is also important. Having a sleep of about 9 hours daily with a good sleeping pattern is also important.
